We offer two annual maintenance agreements to cover your ‘Bean to Cup’ Coffee Machines.
BTC – Gold Plan
Cover includes: Callouts, Parts & Labour (including PCB/Touchpad & Brewer) and an Annual Service
Terms & Conditions
- Callouts are on a Mon-Fri basis and can usually be attended within 36 hours
- Exclusions include misuse, operator error and lack of cleaning/maintenance
- A pre-inspection is required, and cover commence on receipt of payment

- Exclusions include misuse, operator error and lack of cleaning/maintenance
- Above price include all parts with the exception of PCB’s/Touchpads and brewer
- A pre-inspection is required, and cover commence on receipt of payment

Traditional Espresso
Cover includes: Priority Callouts (up to 4 per annum), Annual Service plus a Complimentary 900g tub of Puly Caff
