From La Albania, a family-run farm in Quindío, we get a meticulously processed coffee, overseen by Israel and his son Juan Pablo. Their dedication to quality and sustainability, combined with careful fermentation and drying methods, results in a clean, well-structured cup with a balanced sweetness.
Complementing this is coffee from Asociación de Mujeres Caficultoras del Cauca (AMUCC), a women-led cooperative in Cauca. Grown under the shade of native trees and cultivated with a focus on sustainability, this coffee brings depth, complexity, and a vibrant expression of Colombia’s diverse terroir.
Together, these coffees create a blend that is bright yet smooth, with layers of caramel sweetness, subtle fruit notes, and a well-rounded body. A perfect harmony of tradition, innovation, and passion from two remarkable coffee-producing regions.
