Delivery

On receipt of your order and payment, your items(s) will be delivered to the address you have specified on your order.

We use a third party carrier to delivery your order and signed for on receipt of your delivery. We will never leave items unless they have been signed for.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered and signed for.

We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Returns

Whilst we want our customers to be happy with their order,

We will accept the return of non-perishable items in their original packaging to Dwyfor Coffee Ltd. within 14 days of purchase. You will be issued a full refund when the item has been inspected by a member of our sales team.

Whilst we want our customers to be happy with their order, as coffee is classed as consumable / perishable goods, we will only accept returns and issue refunds if the item(s) is/are deemed faulty or has been damaged in transit. You will be issued a full refund when the item(s) has been inspected by a member of our sales team.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

We will refund the cost of your purchase plus you delivery cost but we do not cover the cost of returning the item to us. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your refund.
